  • What is my experience?

    In 1999 I started teaching myself how to design websites and grew my business. Now I have designed hundreds of websites for all types of businesses. My clients are located worldwide. I have kept up with website technology changes over the years and will continue to develop my skills to meet my customer's needs.

  • Do I have a portfolio?

  • How much is a new website?

    The price depends on the type of website you want - Website Plans. I can work with most budgets. Submit a Free Quote Request for pricing.

  • How much is a website redesign?

    If you already have a website, the redesign cost is based on the number of pages you currently have and the updates you want done. You will need to answer the following questions.

    1. What is your main reason for wanting to work with a new web designer?
    2. Do you own your domain name and have access to it?
    3. Is it ok to change your website hosting?
    4. Do you want access to your website to make your own changes?

  • How long does it take me to design a website?

    After you provide all your content, images, and payment, the approximate turn around time for an average 5-page website is about 2 weeks.

  • Do I use templates?

    YES. Templates help you communicate the look you desire. There are hundreds of templates available to choose from. All templates can be totally customized for a specific look. View Templates

  • Are my websites responsive?

    OF COURSE! More than half of all web traffic now comes from smart phones and tablets. All websites should detect the type of device used for viewing and automatically shift the content to give the optimal user experience.

  • What if you don't have quality photos?

    If you don't have your own images, I can search and select from thousands of high-quality stock images to use.

  • Do I offer domain registration and emails?

  • Is there a hosting fee?

  • Can you edit your website with a smartphone or tablet.

    A cell phone screen width is too small for website editing but you can upload your photos.

  • Can you export your website?

    NO - If for any reason you no longer want to do business with me, you can manage your own website. You have to keep the website on the same platform. You cannot export it to another provider.

  • What is my refund policy?

    NO REFUNDS - I've been designing websites for over 20 years! I'm confident that we can work together to obtain a mutual agreement.

    • My design work is non-refundable because my time cannot be reclaimed.
    • Domains cannot be refunded.
    • If you pay hosting for the year, you will not receive a pro-rated refund. 
  • What support do I offer?

    Email me your updates and I will respond with a quote. Payments must be made before the work is done.


    If you need help with a Do-It-Yourself website, you must Book An Appointment to pay for support time.
